Day Seven, through the use of a personality type assessment,
managers learn about differences in mental proces

and then apply that knowledge in a team simulation. They will
also examine the impact of personal preferences on planning,
problem-solving, decision-making, teamwork and cross-cultural
interaction. Various models relating to communication are introduced
and the role of good communication in acquiring, processing
and capitalizing on information is emphasized and explored through
exercises and class discussion.
